8. Samsung MyBespoke
In collaboration with Samsung, I developed the MyBespoke Generative Art Collection, a series of 100 unique generative art prints tailored for Bespoke refrigerators. This project utilized four popular Bespoke colors — White Glass, Navy Steel, Morning Blue, and Emerald Green — as foundational palettes. Drawing inspiration from natural elements, the artwork visually interprets the flow of water and the movement of wind, creating designs that seamlessly integrate with modern kitchen aesthetics.
Generative art served as the ideal medium for this collaboration. By combining computation with creative expression, we offered users the opportunity to personalize their living spaces in unprecedented ways. The collection was made available for free download for a limited time, allowing users to easily upload, edit, and print the designs for their Bespoke refrigerator panels via Samsung's MyBespoke service. This initiative not only showcased the versatility of generative art but also highlighted Samsung's commitment to merging innovation with personalization in home appliance design.
I was thrilled to introduce generative art to a public audience through this collaboration. This project provided a unique opportunity to bring the power of algorithmic creativity to everyday spaces, transforming something as familiar as a kitchen appliance into a canvas for personalized expression.
